- 1. General
- 1.1 By participating in the NFL Kick Off promotion, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the general Terms of Service of Bodog.eu, which are available on the website.
- 1.2 The promotion is open exclusively to individuals who meet the legal age requirements for gambling in their jurisdiction and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
- 1.3 Employees of Bodog.eu, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- 2. How to Participate
- 2.1 The promotion will start on September 1st, 2025, and conclude on October 1st, 2025.
- 2.2 To qualify for the promotion, players must place at least one CAD 50+ bet on NFL games.
- 2.3 Players can earn one entry each week of the promotion by making a qualifying bet; 1 entry per week for a maximum of 4 entries per player.
- 2.4 The qualifying period will be for bets settled between Thursday - Wednesday each week (on NFL games) with minimum odds of -115 (1.87).
- 2.5 Moneyline bets do not qualify for the promotion.
- 3. Promotion Details
- 3.1 The NFL Kick Off promotion allows participants to receive up to four chances to win the grand prize.
- 3.2. One lucky winner will win two premium seat tickets to a Dallas Cowboys game at the AT&T Stadium, a surprise Swag Bag, and CAD 10,000 in spending money to arrange flights, ground transportation, hotel accommodation and any other related expenses.
- 3.3 The CAD 10,000 cash prize will be credited to the winner’s account for withdrawal, with no rollover requirements. The NFL game tickets will be delivered via e-mail, and the Swag Bag will be shipped to the winner’s nominated mailing address.
- 3.4 The cash prize will be credited to the winner’s account within seven (7) days of the draw date, provided successful contact has been made with the winner. Prior to dispatch, the Swag Bag delivery will be confirmed with the winner and sent to the nominated address; delivery is estimated to take 2–4 weeks. NFL tickets will be issued closer to the event date, with full instructions on downloading and storing the tickets to be provided and confirmed with the winner in advance.
- 3.5 The promotion will end October 1st 2025, and the winner will be randomly selected and announced on October 7th 2025.
- 3.6 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the promotion. This may include, but is not limited to, providing photographs, videos, testimonials, and written or verbal statements about their experience. The winner grants Bodog.eu the right to use such content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation.
- 4. Additional Terms
- 4.1 Bodog.eu reserves the right to withhold winnings if fraudulent activity is suspected or if participants are found in violation of Bodog.eu’s Terms & Conditions.
- 4.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet all eligibility requirements before placing a bet under this promotion.
- 4.3 In case of discrepancies between these Terms & Conditions and the promotional terms, Bodog.eu’s general terms and conditions shall prevail.
- 4.4 Bodog.eu is not responsible for technical malfunctions or errors that may affect bet placement.
- 4.5 This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions running concurrently on Bodog.eu.
- 4.6 By participating in this promotion, players agree and understand that the prize cannot be modified, changed or altered, and that all decisions made by Bodog.eu regarding eligibility and winners are final and binding.
- 4.7 Once the prize has been mailed or otherwise dispatched to the winner using the contact details provided, Bodog.eu is not responsible for any loss, delay, or failure in delivery. Proof of dispatch shall be deemed sufficient proof of prize fulfillment. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that their delivery details are accurate and up to date. Bodog.eu is not liable for any prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged, or go unclaimed as a result of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner.
- 4.8 The general rules and policies of Bodog.eu apply to this promotion in addition to these specific Terms & Conditions.
