Can I cancel my withdrawal?

Yes. You have access to all your pending withdrawal requests by opening your Dashboard and clicking on 'Pending Withdrawals'. To cancel the transaction, simply follow the steps below:

1. Once you’re logged in, click the profile icon at the top of the screen:

2. In your dashboard, a blue bar will indicate your Pending Withdrawal amount; click 'Review'. 

3. If your withdrawal has not been processed, you can cancel the request by clicking 'Cancel'. 

Note: You'll also be presented with the option to 'Reduce' your withdrawal amount, allowing you to keep some funds to play with.

4. You'll be promtped with a 'Cancel Withdrawal Request' window to confirm your cancellation. Click 'Yes' to complete the cancellation and your funds will be automatically returned to your account balance.

5. You will receive a message confirming that your request has been cancelled.
