• Cryptocurrency deposits are posted to your Bodog balance on 0 confirmations; however, it could take longer based on the network fee (Mining fees) chosen in your wallet. Choosing regular or economic fees may cause a delay in posting your funds.
• If the funds aren't posted after one confirmation, the transaction will need a minimum of 6 confirmations for it to be credited due to congestion on the network delaying your deposit.
• If you have received more than one confirmation but have not seen the funds posted to your account - contact Customer Service and we will do our best to assist you.
• Available funds from your Digital Wallet into your Bodog account will be immediately transferred into CAD.
